The beginning: delayed by 30 hours
It all starts with a problem with a Paris-Tunis flight.
The departure of the flight, initially scheduled for early in the morning from Terminal 3 of CDG airport, is delayed one hour after another on the departures board until nightfall, when it is finally announced for the next day.
No support for the passengers by the company, no hotel room available in the airport, the passengers spend most of the night on the benches in the terminal.
Almost, because the passengers finish the night out in the rain after being chased out at 4am by the security services because of a bomb threat...
Then a new day dawns waiting endlessly in the terminal where tempers seriously start to fray...
The plane finally leaves the evening after, more than 30 hours late.
And here we are with two days of vacation gone up in smoke and no compensation from the airline, when an idea begins to take shape: "Air Indemnité!"
